No. They may make exceptions for service animals but you would need to check directly with them.

No this hotel doesnt have any two bedroom suites. The staybridge on the other side of I-26 does have plenty of them and is only a few months old.

Was a good hotel room, the HVAC was confusing as you could just it on the wall or the unit but something wouldnt work on both, they have flat pillows, so if you like them fluffy ask for extra. The front desk was nice and helpful with some of the questions we had on the area.

The room was nice and clean. Stayed for the night, everything was fine. Checked out on Sunday morning and didnt realize I had left my wedding band on the desk. I realized I had left it about 2 hours after checking out. I immediately called the front desk and was told they would look and call me back. I didnt hear from them so after my meeting I went back to the hotel and spoke with the manager on duty. He gave me a key to check the room for my ring. The room had already been cleaned and the ring was nowhere to be found. I spoke with the maids who were cleaning the rooms, they denied seeing it. The ring isnt valuable maybe 100-150 dollars but to me its priceless, because that is the ring my wife placed on my finger when we were married. I called corporate and spoke to an agent named Love she said she would open a claim and someone would call me within 48 hours. It been 3 days and no one has called. Why???

The 1st room I was provided with was deplorable it was located on the first floor. It had stains on the ottoman and the room was dirty. The 2nd room was clean. However the housekeeper never cleaned our room or provided clean linen. The safe and phone in the room were broken too. I had to go to the frontvdesk to get clean towels. The housekeeper came to the room when I was gone to empty the garbage and took the dirty towels. No housekeepers after 5pm.

Front desk was pleasant and the room was clean. Shower had great pressure and A/C was good and cold. Bed was comfortable. Only one night stay. Was a little ragged for a suite at Holiday Inn Express. See pics

I was rerouted for work last minute, so I called IHG and booked at another property. Despite being assured that I wouldnt be charged, the Summerville location still charged me the full amount of the stay, which totaled $331.07. Even though I had just booked a $449.00 stay at another property and could provide proof, they still charged me. I had a confirmation number guaranteeing that the reservation would cancel at no charge, yet they proceeded to charge me anyway. I am a Platinum Elite member and will never book a IHG hotel again.

Excellent desk staff. Greeted by very pleasant young lady. Room staff seemed to be ready to meet your needs.. Room was great. I would stay hear again if in the area. Hotel sits off very busy road and entry is tricky. The only real negative I encountered was the breakfast. Usual fake eggs, dry pastries, etc.That are at most hotels. And the pancake machine created a 3 inch hard created blob that the plastic knife could not cut.

Overall a nice Holiday Inn but, like many places they suffer from unskilled workers who seem to have little to no work ethic. Housekeepers should understand that congregating in front of the elevators to have a gab session is very poor customer service.

I don t like the term you get what you pay for . Starting with the positives that I paid for the hotel was clean. No signs of dust dirt bugs or anything at light. Now onto the paid for and didn t get - the ventilation system is set up so that the air conditioner runs all night, and all day, management says it is to keep the humidity in the room, correct. I ve stayed at many other hotels, the humidity was correct, and there was not a running noise all night long. They supply you with two sets of towels that are extremely small. I actually would use the bath towel to just dry my hair. And never as a bath towel because it s too small. Breakfast was allowed to run out. Which I don t understand because they should know how many people they have on the property and should prepare accordingly. The television remote was filthy. Doesn t look like it has ever been cleaned off. And finally, the mattress made me feel like a princess, in the story, the princess and the pea . There was something under the mattress, but I don t know what, but it was terribly uncomfortable.
